2. What We Do

We provide carpentry, cladding, eaves, house renovations, and general construction services. We’ll confirm the exact scope and price of your job before we start.

3. Quotes

Our quotes are estimates based on what we know at the time. They’re valid for 30 days. If something changes once we’re on site — like unexpected damage or extra work needed — we’ll talk to you about it and agree on any price changes before continuing.

4. Payment

• We may ask for a deposit before starting work.
• The remaining balance is due once the job is finished, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
• We’ll confirm payment methods when we quote you.
• Unpaid invoices may delay handover of the completed work.

5. Cancelling or Rescheduling

We ask for at least [X days’] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover materials already ordered or time we’ve set aside for your job.

6. Our Warranty
